About Us
Our Mission
The New England Association of Latino School Superintendents (NEALSS) is committed to empowering, supporting, and advocating for Latino educational leaders across the region. Our mission is to champion equity in education, amplify Latino voices in leadership, and create pathways for future generations of diverse school leaders.

Who We Are
NEALSS is a network of Latino superintendents and educational leaders who are passionate about driving meaningful change in education. We believe that representation matters—when leadership reflects the diversity of our students, schools become more inclusive, equitable, and effective in meeting the needs of all learners.

Our members are dedicated advocates, experienced educators, and community-driven leaders who collaborate to address the unique challenges facing Latino students and families. Through professional development, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, we work to foster excellence in leadership and close opportunity gaps in our schools.

Our Vision
We envision a future where Latino leaders are fully represented at every level of educational leadership and where every student—regardless of background—has access to high-quality, culturally responsive education. By supporting and uplifting Latino superintendents, we aim to build a stronger, more equitable future for all students in New England.
